We are currently looking for an Accountant (Payroll) to join our Head office in Limassol.
Responsibilities
- Hiring / termination of employment of employees, registration in social institutions, Tax authority, etc.;
- Social payments - Social Insurance, GHS, Taxes, etc.;
- Maintaining records and control on loans issued and received by employees/directors/company, rent receivable / paid, dividends received / paid and other related income / expenses;
- Declarations of Tax returns and other forms (TD1, TD7, TD614, TD603, etc);
- Other tasks related to salaries and personal expenses and updates when new legislation is issued;
- Formation of files with documents for each employee and control over updates.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of payroll rules and calculations;
- Knowledge of legislation regarding the use of tax allowances - first employment, BIK accounting (calculation and accrual of loans taken by employees/directors, medical insurance, life insurance, rent payments, etc.);
- Knowledge of the use of "ERGANI";
- Knowledge of rules and regulations for salaries calculating on employees hired from third countries;
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and analytical skills.
