New Contractor of Record clients start at 3.5% of payout volume for their first three months. After that, your rate settles between 3.5% and 5.5% based on monthly volume – the more you pay out, the lower your rate.

Contractor of Record is for engaging contractors, not employees, so it isn’t the same as EoR. When employment is involved, full EoR is available through our partners on the Mellow Partner plan.
